How do I sign up and get fit now?

Go to the Online Calender and simply click on your bootcamp training of choice. Remember that we design our training program to get you the maximum results from our 5 day per week format. The more days you sign up for, the more fit you get! When you click to register for your bootcamp training session, you can complete our online registration in total by filling out the online forms when prompted for your convenience. After filling out your registration form, simply follow the payment instructions on the screen. We accept cash, check or you can pay via credit card securely and online. Once we've received your completed registration information, we'll contact you to schedule your Initial Coaching Consultation and Assessment. We value YOU as our client!

What is the Initial Coaching Consultation and Assessment?

Your Pre and Post Coaching Consultation and Assessment includes the following:

  • We will meet with you one on one to define your goals and desires for your results and give you an introduction to the program and all that is available to you.
  • During this time we will create (or reassess) your 4 week training plan and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your Health & Exercise History Questionnaire and make any recommendations for your training success.
  • We will take your beginning measurements and body fat composition to see where you are prior to beginning your training, and also offer you a beginning photo if you are interested in total transformation! Let us teach you the secrets to shedding body fat and finally understanding what the numbers on the scale really mean. These numbers and all your other information will be held in the strictest of confidence.
  • During your consultation, we will complete your 4 week training plan that includes: your fitness training plan, your nutrition recommendations, your baseline measurements for you Results Tracker and your personal goals…all at your fingertips and emailed to you by the end of your consultation. Don't be surprised if you see a 3% reduction in your body fat over the first four weeks! Your energy and vitality will soar!
  • You will also receive your Welcome Packet and more during your Initial Coaching Consultation.
  • We value every client and give you the personal attention and expertise you deserve! When you train with us…you train with the best.

What do I need to bring to my Boot Camp Training sessions?

We ask you that you bring one set of lighter and one set of heavier hand weights that are 3, 5, 8, 10, or 12 lb. (depending on fitness level) neoprene coated hand weights, a thick, comfortable exercise mat and maybe a rolling carry case to conveniently and easily transport your gear. We are one of few training programs to offer the new kick ass effective TRX Suspension Training System in our outdoor group workouts. (We have a few loaners, but encourage you to get one – so you can use it anytime, anywhere even on holiday’s and vacations.)

TRX is an instant gym in a bag and bound to be your most favorite pack along tool for any travel you may do in the future. It also becomes your outdoor gym that you can set up anywhere, anytime. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during trainings. During the winter months, you may want a small headlamp for 5:30am training and gloves. Dress in layered fitness clothing appropriate for the weather of the season...and keep in mind, even if it is cold outside, you will get warm fast and your body burns more fat in cooler weather!

What if I sign up for the three-day plan and then want to do more days of the Program?

After starting our program, and seeing the results everyone in the group is getting, numerous clients realize how fun and results oriented our program is and often ask to sign up for the full 5 day session. Clients realize that when they sign up for the full 5 day program, they get the best results. In these situations, we can simply pro-rate you from the point you decide to join us for more days.

Can I choose my days on the 3 or 4 day program?

Yes, you may choose the training days that work best for your schedule. However, we ask that you not miss the first day (required for all new clients!) and the last day. Remember that we recommend the full 5 day program because doing the complete program is what gets maximum results.

When do I receive my Post Coaching Consultation and Assessment to see my results?

When you come in for your Initial Coaching Consultation we won’t let you leave without your follow up date! We give you something to look forward to and make sure you have what you need to succeed.

Will I be sore from training?

Most people feel muscle soreness during the first week of training. After the first week, your improvements will be well worth any discomfort you may feel. Being sore means that you know your body is changing shape for the better! Besides we know the secrets to reducing muscle soreness with the right supplements and nutrition. Your Ultimate goal is to get to a maintenance level where it is easier to maintain what you work so hard for. But remember, when you don’t use it…you lose it!

What kinds of people participate at Outdoor Adventure Fitness Boot Camp?

People just like you who want a push to jump start their fitness and wellness program and are looking for the best in fitness, nutrition and wellness. It always helps if you have previous exercise experience but we do work with clients of all levels. No matter whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, the gains you will make from this training program will catapult your results whether it’s from waistline to finish line!

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend your selected boot camp training sessions due to situations beyond your control, we can offer you a refund as long as you notify us prior to your session start date. If you notify us after your session begins, we will give you a credit towards another Boot Camp training session. This credit is nontransferable to any other person or service. We do not provide cash refunds.

What is a typical training day like in the Outdoor Adventure Fitness Training Boot Camp?

We love answering this question! We purposefully mix up training exercises, modalities and intensities so that you are never bored and so that your body never reaches a plateau. During your weekly training session you will be using weights, TRX Suspension Training Systems, bands, body weight resistance training, progressive walking/jogging or running, cardio drills, expert core training and more. We will mix it up, shake it up and train your body to be stronger, leaner, faster and able to function and perform better than you ever have before. Our training program is like a 75 minute fitness adventure before you even start your day. Our clients are positive, dedicated and motivating and you can always count on camaraderie and support from everyone! How soon will I see results?

You will feel improvement in as little as three days. You will see visual improvements taking place in as little as one to four weeks depending on your effort level and whether you are doing your training in conjunction with our Turbo Metabolism Whole Foods Nutrition Intensive plan. While inches will melt away and lean muscle will appear, your results will be in line with your level of commitment, how many days per week you train consistently and what shape your metabolism and health is in, etc. Remember, every body is different and results do vary! This is why we treat you as a unique individual…not a number.

What will I do after the 4 week session is over?

At the end of your 4 week training session, you will meet with your coach and reassess your measurements to evaluate your progress and success in the program. This time will also be used to refocus your goals and keep you motivated and on track. Most clients continue on in follow up sessions and many are yearly members!
